Terms and Conditions

1. Competition is open to all members of the public 18 years & above residing in NZ. The winning photo must feature Midas tiles, alternative supplier tiles are not applicable. 2. Competition closes Friday 30th November 2018. 3. One winner will be drawn at random on 3rd December 2018 & winner will be announced on the Midas tiles website, Instagram and Facebook. Winners will be notified via messenger. Failure to respond within a reasonable time (1 week) may result in the prize being redrawn. 4. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 5. Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 6. Information submitted will not be sold or given to third parties in accordance with the Privacy Act. Entry grants permission for Midas tiles to use contact details for future communications. All entries become the property of Midas tiles and entry deems consent to use the participant's name and submitted images for promotional purposes.
